Our Story
Kuna Coworking began in 2015 with a simple idea shared between a business owner and a few friends who each had their own growing businesses. They decided to share a larger office space—looking for something more practical than working from home, but more personal than a traditional corporate office.
What started with just six offices and no meeting room quickly revealed something bigger: there was a real need for flexible, professional workspace where people could work comfortably and feel connected. As more like-minded professionals joined, Kuna naturally grew—shaped not just by a vision, but by the members who believed in it and helped build it along the way.
We created Kuna for people like us—those building businesses, chasing ideas, or simply needing a place that brings structure and purpose to the workday. Every space was designed with intention: clean, calm, connected, and creative. A place you actually want to go to work. A place where progress happens, even in the quiet moments.
Today, Kuna Coworking is proudly locally owned and operates two centrally located Jacksonville spaces—Baymeadows Road and Belfort Parkway—with over 90 workspaces serving freelancers, entrepreneurs, remote teams, and small businesses.
Beyond desks and offices, Kuna is about community. We offer flexible memberships, private offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces, along with events that encourage collaboration, support, and genuine connection.

General ManagementIf you’ve spent any time at Kuna, there’s a good chance we’ve already met—whether at the front desk, walking through the space, or checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly. I’m involved in the day-to-day operations as well as the bigger picture, and I truly enjoy creating a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and able to focus on what matters.
A little about me: I have a strong passion for helping others and building something meaningful through Kuna. Outside of work, my world revolves around my daughter and my Shiba (Zuko) and I love spending time outdoors whenever I can.
To me, Kuna is more than just a workspace—it’s a place where people can grow, connect, and feel like they belong.

Administrative SpecialistIf you’ve stopped by the front desk, we’ve probably already crossed paths! I’m usually there helping members, answering questions, and making sure everything stays organized and running smoothly throughout the day. I enjoy being part of the day-to-day flow and helping create a space that feels welcoming and easy to be in.
A little about me: I’m naturally detail-oriented and love keeping things structured. When I’m not at Kuna, you can usually find me playing tennis or trying new restaurants with friends and family.
I believe the little things make a big difference, and I’m always happy to help make your experience at Kuna a great one.
