Front desk support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist members, guests, tours, and general support needs. Select memberships include 24/7 access to the space.

We offer both flexible month-to-month options and longer-term memberships depending on the workspace selected.

Absolutely! We encourage prospective members to schedule a tour to explore the space, ask questions, and find the best fit for their needs. Walk-ins are always welcome, though scheduling ahead is recommended. Schedule a tour here. Out of town? We’re happy to share additional photos and videos of the space to help you get a feel for Kuna before committing.

We’re all about supporting growth! Kuna offers workspace options for individuals, small businesses, and larger teams alike. Many members start with flexible options like Community or Virtual Memberships and later transition into Semi-Private Bays or Private Offices as their needs expand. As your team grows, additional members can easily be added to your Private Office membership at a flat monthly rate—without the hassle of relocating offices.

Yes! Free parking is available for members and guests at both Kuna locations.

We LOVE our furry friends, but at this time, only certified service animals are permitted within the space.

Our community includes freelancers, entrepreneurs, remote workers, creatives, startups, and growing teams from a wide range of industries. Some members work remotely and use Kuna as a professional, distraction-free alternative to working from home.

Yes. Eligible memberships include the ability to use Kuna’s professional business address for business registration and mail handling services.

Verification requirements may vary depending on the platform or agency. Google Business verification may be possible with select memberships, provided the business meets Google’s eligibility and verification criteria. While many members successfully use their Kuna address for business registration purposes, approval and verification are ultimately determined by Google.

Yes! Mail forwarding services are available for an additional cost. Members can choose between standard USPS First-Class or Priority Mail forwarding options based on their needs.

Private Office and Semi-Private Bay memberships include 24/7 access to the space. Community Memberships and day passes are accessible during business hours.

Community Memberships provide flexible access to shared workspaces without a dedicated desk, while Semi-Private Bays offer a reserved workstation that you can leave set up and return to each day with 24/7 access to your space.

Yes! Our memberships are designed to be all-inclusive, meaning essentials like internet, utilities, janitorial services, coffee, and shared amenities are included in one simple monthly rate.

Kuna does not directly provide phone services or live call answering, however, Kuna members have access to discounted rates through one of our trusted partners. Services may include a dedicated business phone number, live call answering, premium call transferring, and additional business communication solutions.

Kuna Coworking maintains insurance coverage for the coworking space itself. While additional insurance is not required for memberships, some members choose to carry their own business or property coverage for added protection. We’re happy to provide any information needed should you choose to obtain additional coverage.

Kuna Coworking is equipped with 24/7 CCTV monitoring throughout the space to help maintain a secure and professional environment. Members with 24/7 access receive secure keycard entry, and during unstaffed hours the space is accessible only to authorized members with active access credentials.
